Now that we have the proper protection in place you will want to get the most out of your cycle by feeding the body with the proper nutrients and macros.

As most of you may already know protein is a very important part of building muscle. During your prohormone cycle you will want to be sure that you are taking in 1.5g of protein for each pound of your body weight. Good protein sources are Eggs, Chicken, Beef and Fish. It is also a good idea to use a protein powder to help meet your numbers. I like to use Dymatize Gourmet Protein because it has a great taste and has a good value per serving.

If you're using a pro-hormone to build mass you will want to keep your carbohydrate intake high as well, the number really depends on the person’s body type. I normally run around 300g a day when I’m trying to pack on some size to my physique. If you’re looking at doing a cutting cycle I would lower the carbohydrates down, once again it depends on your body type. I normally do a carb cycle rotation when I’m trying to lean out with my lowest day being around 75g and my highest being around 200g which is normally on leg day.

Don't forget about your healthy fats as well fish oil suppplements, Natural Peanut butter and various nuts all very important in muscle growth. When packing on size its best to keep your healthy fat intake high to build serious muscle.

Now that we have a good diet in place you are sure to get maximum results out of your cycle.

Next is keeping your gains after you're cycle and restoring natural testosterone levels back to normal.

This is what is called post cycle therapy, many beginners skip this step which is a big mistake. Skipping out on a good PCT can leave you with low libido and a serous loss in muscle size that you just worked so hard to get.
