The products listed below are NO BULL SHIT products like some products sold on other sites. These product will all add mass if used corectly. The top five products on this page will pretty much all give you the same results which is pure mass. The only difference is some have a higher risk and some take a little longer to add on size than others. NOW let me tell you the secrect to getting big and having the muscle you have always wanted. Prohormones will for sure speed up the process but there are a few more steps you will want to take. First muscle comes from time in the gym, so besure you train at least 5 days a week while using these products. While using these products it will be a little harder to over train but be sure to give each muscle group at least 48 hours rest between sets. The next step is very important if you want to Jump up to 10 to 20 gains. FOOD you need to eat to grow and I dont mean crap I mean good food with protein values. When Im looking to gain size I really have to force in the food. Its a tad harder for me since I'm 5'7 215 lbs at 10 percent body fat which makes my gains tough because my body is about maxed out without using GH or Steroids. But I always manage to gain 3 to 5 pounds on this system. Now that you have your protein lets look at a few things. During your cycle I want you to eat 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per body weight daily. I would also use a good Protein powder in between meals to make sure you get in the proper protein values. Dont be conservative on this step make sure you hit your protein numbers! I dont care if you do it with food or Protein powder just make sure you keep it HIGH. I like to use BPI's new WHEY HD it mixes well and seems to not upset my stomach when Im runnning high protein numbers. I dont care what protein you run or if you get it all from food just keep it at least to 1g per body weight.
Next is add on supplements, of course you need a liver support (during) and a PCT once your cylce is complete. There are a couple supplements that I take year around that I think play a HUGE role into my gains. First is Creatine powder, there is a reason its been around as long as it has and thats becuase it works. Just get a cheap powder form Pro supps or universal for under 20 bucks you cant go wrong with this supplement. Second is BCAA powder and glutamine powder I use both of these before and right after my workout they are vital to my gains.
NOW you just need to train eat and sleep so you can grow. Mix your workouts with heavy sets followed up with some volume at the end to stretch that muscle facia for extra growth. Best of luck on your MASS building experience I hope these basic tips help you to add the muscle you desire.
